Key Responsibilities

1. Content Creation & Design — Design and produce high-quality visual content using Adobe Photoshop (and/or Illustrator/Canva) for digital and print campaigns. Create engaging, scroll-stopping content for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
2. Marketing Strategy & Campaigns — Support and help execute integrated marketing strategies to grow brand awareness and drive traffic (O2O). Plan and coordinate digital campaigns. Analyze performance metrics.
3. PR, Partnerships & Events — Support local PR initiatives, media outreach, and influencer (KOL/KOC) collaborations within the Ontario community. Coordinate community partnerships. Assist with experiential marketing.
4. Leadership & Coordination — Help coordinate and guide junior staff, interns, or external creatives. Support project timelines and content calendars. Bring proactive, tech-forward ideas.
5. Digital Presence & Tech Support — Support website updates, email marketing campaigns, and Wizy CRM initiatives. Contribute to growing online sales channels.

Qualifications

• Degree or background in Marketing, Communications, Business, Design, or a related field.
• Strong experience with Adobe Photoshop (required); Illustrator or similar design tools are a strong asset.
• Demonstrated portfolio in visual design, content creation, or short-form video editing.
• Good understanding of marketing strategy, digital branding, and campaign planning.
• Experience leading projects, mentoring peers, or coordinating small teams is a strong asset.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Vietnamese language skills are a strong asset (for working closely with our SME clients and back-end production team).
