About the Role We are looking for a highly organized and energetic Event Coordinator for a casual summer position in the Toronto & GTA area. You will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing local events and activations for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate local community events, pop-ups, and brand activations.
- Manage event logistics, including venue sourcing, vendor coordination, and on-site execution.
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure events align with overall campaign goals.
- Engage with attendees and represent the brand positively.
- Track event success metrics and provide post-event reports.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in event planning, coordination, or hospitality is a strong asset.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing situations.
- Flexibility to work weekends and evenings during the summer event season.
